As I went through the Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2023 street style pictures, one accessory in particular caught my eye. This small but mighty item spanned oceans, from the concrete jungle to Milano and the City of Lights, you couldn’t get very far without spotting an It girl rocking a neck tie. Yes, you read that correctly.  We’re wearing ties now.
