COOL-BINZ, a portable storage concept that features climate-controlled and insulated storage bins, hosted its Grand Opening celebration in Naples on March 3. In collaboration with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, COOL-BINZ announced the launch of its new franchise support center, which will help the brand expand into new markets.

At the grand opening event, COOL-BINZ founders and husband and wife team Kathryn and Ernie Padalino provided area businesses and residents the opportunity to learn about the aspects that make their services unique. A variety of bins were on display, giving attendees the chance to view COOL-BINZ up close and see its climate-control capabilities and insulation techniques, as well as the barn-style doors and wood flooring that prevents condensation from reaching stored possessions.

“We developed the idea for the technology behind COOL-BINZ after a terribly frustrating experience with a storage company in 2015 during Hurricane Irma,” said Ms. Padalino, chief operating officer and co-founder of COOL-BINZ. “The service was impersonal and the belongings we had stored from our recent move quickly started to mold. COOLBINZ is the first in the industry to provide a fully-insulated, fully-sealed, air-conditioned storage solution with climate control options because we care about protecting everyone’s belongings from outside elements — regardless of the needs or circumstances.”

Since its founding in 2018, COOLBINZ has successfully provided businesses and homeowners with essential support services for a wide range of purposes. The brand’s diverse client base includes home builders and remodelers, moving companies, flooring companies, airports, florists, restaurants, realtors, food and beverage companies and more. COOL-BINZ also has the ability to accommodate a variety of specialized customer needs and requests, when possible. Across the industry, COOL-BINZ is the only company that offers a full line up of insulated and cooled storage containers, including refrigeration and freezer bins.

One way that customers can take advantage of the company’s advanced portable storage technology is by storing their belongings on-site at the COOL-BINZ offices. The other option is that COOL-BINZ can deliver its bins directly to a desired location with the company’s unique delivery system, offering convenient ground loading and unloading services.

“My family lost our house in Naples, Florida in September 2022,” said Bob Carlson, a previous COOL-BINZ customer. “We found ourselves without a place to live, and most of all, had no place to put our clothing, pictures, and other family possessions without mold creeping into our house and affecting these items. Within 24 hours, COOL-BINZ had one of their storage containers in our driveway. They saved us from the total loss of our belongings. We are so grateful to the COOL-BINZ team. Their customer service was outstanding during a very difficult time for our community. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.”

As a husband and wife-operated, woman owned company, COOL-BINZ has quickly established itself as a local brand with strong community commitment and ties. Throughout Southwest Florida, the company is praised for its relationship-based approach and for fostering successful partnerships with surrounding business owners and residents. Even the Padalino’s dog Jersey is affectionately known and beloved as the brand mascot that helps bring a smile to COOL-BINZ customers.
